Iron Range traditions took over the club for the annual Ranger Spiel. While this event definitely is fun, with accordion concerts, a clown band, porketta and pasties, it’s also more than that – it’s a fundraiser for those in need up north. This year approximately $12,000 was raised for scholarships at four Iron Range community colleges, with another $12,000 for the Buddy Backpack program, which supplies over 700 at-risk families from 12 Iron Range school districts with weekend food supplies so kids return to school on Monday ready to learn. Cheers to all who participated and contributed to these great causes!
